Reddit intelligence for agencies

Reddit screenshots are not a client deliverable.

They need the source, why it matters, and enough context to decide what happens next. Grabbit keeps each client's Reddit context, feeds, signals, collaborators, and alerts inside its own project. The agency keeps the judgment and the client relationship.

Reddit only. Scheduled monitoring. Human-reviewed client work.

A traceable handoff

Structure, not a client report.

Keep the source, reason, workflow state, and next review path together when the evidence leaves the dashboard. The handoff stays traceable when a client asks why the thread mattered.

  1. Source

    The original Reddit conversation

Post body, source link, subreddit, and available comments stay attached to the evidence.

  2. Reason

Why it reached the review queue

Relevancy, sentiment, and supported signal reasons make the decision inspectable.

  3. Workflow

    The state of the evidence

Tags and entry status keep reviewed work separate from new or archived items.

  4. Route

    Where the next review happens

Project alerts and CSV exports move the evidence without losing its source.

Grabbit does not generate white-label reports or attribute Reddit activity to client pipeline and revenue.

Agency judgment

The billable work starts after the thread is found.

Discovery saves time. The agency still has to verify the evidence, understand the client, and recommend a proportionate response.

  1. Client language changes the meaning of relevance.

A phrase that matters for one account may be noise for another. Project context gives qualification a client-specific frame before the team reviews it.

  2. A raw match is not a recommendation.

Keyword rules can find exact language, while product-context analysis can qualify a post with no keyword match. The agency can inspect both instead of collapsing them into one score.

  3. The reply may carry more weight than the post.

Brand monitoring can resolve direct and indirect mentions through the reply tree, then attach sentiment and its reason to the specific source comment.

  4. Reporting should survive a client question.

When somebody asks why a thread matters, the team can reopen the source and classification reason instead of defending a detached screenshot.

Separate signals

A keyword match and a qualified lead are not the same thing.

Grabbit keeps its three discovery paths distinct, so the agency can explain exactly what produced the evidence.

  1. Product-context leads

Every newly collected feed post receives a relevance decision against the client project, even when no keyword rule matches.

  2. Keyword matches

Boolean keyword rules run as an additional layer over collected posts. They can support research without being treated as qualified leads.

  3. Brand mentions

Search-derived discovery resolves matching Reddit posts and comments, verifies the client identity, and adds sentiment to confirmed mentions.

Client operating model

One client gets one project boundary.

The work stays easier to review when another client's terminology, alerts, and data do not leak into the project.

  1. Model one client

Store the product, audience, problems, solutions, alternatives, and terminology inside its project.

  2. Collect Reddit evidence

Attach selected public subreddits and let scheduled scans collect new posts for that project.

  3. Verify the source

Review the post, available replies, classification reasons, and community rules before recommending action.

  4. Route or report

Use project alerts, collaborators, tags, status, analytics, and supported CSV exports for the handoff.

What the project keeps separate

Standard includes one project. Enterprise project and collaborator capacity comes from the accepted quote.

  • Client positioning and target audience
  • Selected subreddit feeds
  • Keyword rules and project tags
  • Entries, mentions, and analytics
  • Collaborators and permissions
  • Slack, email, and Telegram settings
SlackActive

Send confirmed mention alerts to a Slack channel.

EmailActive

Send confirmed mention alerts by email.

TelegramActive

Send confirmed mention alerts through a Telegram bot.

Project-scoped handoff

Send the evidence to the team reviewing that client.

Slack routes alerts to a project channel. Email and Telegram provide separate alert paths for the same project.

CSV exports support reporting outside Grabbit. They do not create a live client portal, campaign attribution, or an automatic Google Sheets sync.

Grabbit covers Reddit on scheduled cadences. It does not guarantee complete Reddit coverage, verify that a classified person is a buyer, or publish Reddit content for the agency.

Start with one client

Prove the workflow before adding another account.

Standard provides one project with up to ten feeds and five collaborators. Agencies that need additional client projects use Enterprise capacity defined in their quote.
