Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing the service, or using Grabbit, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Grabbit helps users monitor public Reddit content, identify potential leads and mentions, classify content with AI, manage projects, collaborate with team members, connect third-party accounts, and send notifications through supported integrations.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Beta, preview, early-access, or experimental features may be incomplete, unstable, or changed without notice.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for your account, credentials, sessions, connected accounts, and users you invite.
• You must notify us if you believe your account or connected integrations were compromised.

You retain ownership of project data, prompts, keywords, tags, drafts, replies, settings, and other content you submit to the service. You grant Grabbit the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and use that content to provide and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content, connect accounts, invite collaborators, and process any data through Grabbit.

The service may connect to Reddit, Slack, Telegram, email providers, payment processors, AI model providers, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

You are responsible for complying with third-party platform rules, including rules about API access, rate limits, scraping, automation, spam, marketing, outreach, posting, voting, and account usage. We may suspend integrations that create legal, security, platform, or abuse risk.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated classifications, recommendations, drafts, and replies before relying on or publishing them.

AI outputs are not legal, financial, professional, or compliance advice. Do not use AI features to make decisions that require human judgment, legal review, or regulated decision-making without appropriate oversight.

• Do not break the law, violate rights, or misuse personal information.
• Do not spam, harass, deceive, manipulate, impersonate, or run abusive outreach.
• Do not bypass rate limits, access controls, security measures, or third-party platform restrictions.
• Do not upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape protected areas, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the service to process highly sensitive, regulated, or illegal data unless we agree in writing.
• Do not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or benchmark the service for a competing product without permission.

Paid plans, limits, and prices are shown at purchase or in an applicable order form. You agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with your plan. Unless required by law or stated in a written order form, fees are non-refundable and subscriptions renew until canceled.

We may change pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice. If payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade access.

Grabbit helps find and prioritize public conversations, but we do not guarantee leads, revenue, conversions, rankings, deliverability, platform access, AI accuracy, or uninterrupted monitoring.

Grabbit and its software, design, workflows, trademarks, documentation, and related materials are owned by Grabbit or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the service, you agree that we may process information as described there.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay fees, misuse integrations, or use the service in a way that may harm Grabbit, users, third parties, or platform partners.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grabbit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or third-party platform actions. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of 100 USD or the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grabbit from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, connected accounts, use of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of third-party rights or platform rules.

If you have a signed agreement or order form with Grabbit, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Grabbit entity that provides the service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service, by email, or by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
