Reddit intelligence for B2B marketing teams
Your buyers are already writing the brief on Reddit.
Recommendation requests, pricing objections, category questions, and competitor gaps can sharpen positioning before the next campaign meeting. Grabbit turns those public Reddit threads into a review queue shaped around one market. The team still decides what belongs in the brief.
Reddit only. Scheduled scans. Human review.
First-party project study
Grabbit runs its own marketing through this project.
The team uses a configured Grabbit project to watch how marketers discuss social listening, lead generation, brand monitoring, and AI search visibility. This frozen 30-day snapshot was captured on July 31, 2026.

Keyword rules stay explicit
Three rules look for narrow language without replacing context.
The rules cover AI visibility, Reddit monitoring, and tool recommendations. They produced 157 matches in the captured window. A match remains distinct from a High or Medium relevance classification.
These are model classifications from one internally operated project. They are not verified opportunities, revenue attribution, customer proof, or a market estimate. A classification moves a conversation into review; it does not identify a verified buyer or measure campaign performance.
From thread to brief
A thread is useful when it changes the brief.
Keep the original post and replies beside the analysis. That context lets the team challenge a classification before changing a claim, campaign, or reply.
Positioning starts with the words people repeat.
When the same problem, workaround, or objection keeps appearing, the language can sharpen a homepage, category story, or campaign brief.
Recommendation questions expose the content gap.
Comparison threads show what buyers want explained, which alternatives they already know, and what evidence they expect before choosing.
Buying classifications move a thread up the review queue.
They can focus demand research on conversations that sound closer to a decision. The label is a model judgment, not proof that the author will buy.
Competitor complaints reveal friction, not permission.
A complaint can expose a missing feature, pricing objection, or support problem. It is not an automatic invitation to pitch in the thread.
Team operating model
Keep leads, keywords, and brand mentions in separate lanes.
A keyword match answers a different question from a qualified post or a confirmed brand mention. Keeping the lanes visible makes the evidence easier to challenge.
Model the market
Describe the product, audience, problems, alternatives, and language that make a Reddit conversation relevant.
Collect on schedule
Choose public Reddit communities and let the feed scanner collect new posts on its scheduled cadence.
Separate the signals
Qualify posts in context while keeping keyword matches and brand mentions in their own lanes.
Review, then route
Open the source before sending an alert, adding a tag, exporting the evidence, or changing the brief.
Qualified leads
Contextual relevance and intent help prioritize posts for human review.
Keyword rules
Boolean matches catch explicit terms without standing in for contextual qualification.
Brand mentions
Search-derived mentions and sentiment stay separate from the qualified lead queue.
Alert destinations
Send the evidence where somebody will review it.
Slack can place high-relevance posts or confirmed mentions in a team channel. Email delivers them without another dashboard tab. Telegram can route the same project alerts through a bot.
Receive lead notifications in a Slack channel.
Receive lead notifications via email.
Receive lead notifications via Telegram bot.
CSV exports move supported lead analytics and mention datasets into reporting outside Grabbit. There is no customer webhook or Google Sheets sync.
Grabbit covers Reddit on scheduled cadences. It does not publish Reddit content, provide campaign attribution, or guarantee complete coverage. Historical mention discovery is search-derived and incomplete, so the original source and human review remain part of the workflow.
Start with a live market
Start with one market. Keep it if the signal improves the work.
Standard gives one team a single project with up to ten feeds. Enterprise is for teams that need quoted project, feed, or collaborator capacity. Begin with a market where the team already knows the buyer language.
Bring the market. Bring the brief the team is still debating.
See whether Reddit adds language or evidence worth carrying into the next decision.
